About KoMeals
KoMeals was founded on a simple idea: certified kosher food shouldn't mean compromise. From our state-of-the-art production facility in London, we cook, chill and distribute thousands of meals every day — to NHS trusts, schools, supermarkets and event venues, right across the UK.
Our history
KoMeals was established in January 2025 by a team of operators, chefs and kashrut specialists who saw the same gap in the UK market: large-scale kosher food production that hospitals, schools and retailers could actually rely on.
We started with a single mission — build a modern, audit-ready kosher facility in London capable of serving every community at scale — and within months were cooking thousands of meals a week across multiple sectors.
Today KoMeals operates a purpose-built production site with dedicated meat, dairy and parev lines, full Kedassia and KLBD supervision, SALSA accreditation and a parallel Halal-certified line.
